This Project comprised of 27,400 sft. of total floor area distributed into eight floors including basement. The most significant feature of this building is its multistoried floors with two numbers of elevators forming a prominent landmark structure in Butwal till today. It is designed with maximum flexibility in its function and efficient circulation. It can be either used as a shopping complex or office building.
